help with rite aid rebate - Big Big Forums

What do you do if online it still says waiting for data from store? Only a couple days left to request the rebate....it never takes this long. Help!!

How long have you had it entered? I know sometimes it seems to take FOREVER....but if it doesn't post by the cutoff, I would send an email that day (which I believe is the 5th), and tell them that. They will have to honor the rebate because a) you entered well before the cutoff, and b) you contacted them prior to the cutoff to request your rebate. Don't worry, you'll get your money. Rite Aid is really good about that, although sometimes they are a bit slow getting their data posted.
