I use this alot. Just save the ringtone in your computer and then email it to your phone as your attatchment. It's free but you have to sign up to be a member to be able to listen to it before you save on your computer.

You can add one ringtone to your "locker" then connect to 3 g with your phone. Now you have one free ringtone. Now, here is a cool hint... each time you change the phone you use it dumps all saved in your locker. If you change to a different phone, then change back you can now dl one more ringtone.
