I don't know if this is the exact configuration you need, but I got a 256MB stick of SimpleTech RAM at Amazon for $37. All the research I did said that Dell computers are extremely picky about which brands of RAM would be compatible. I emailed SimpleTech's CS and they were really helpful. Order arrived fast and the RAM works just fine.
