I used to trade coupons on www.babynet.com somewhere in the boards when my son was a baby. Check it out. It worked well for me.

Hmm. wonder why it posted twice for me? Also, you would be surprised how many people qualify for WIC. You should check it out. It has a nice high income allowance if you could use it. Carnation formula is part of the program.
