Any good deals on DSL ??? Can you recommend a good company?

I recently switched from dial-up to Roadrunner ...
and now I'm thinking of just making the jump to DSL ..

Can anybody tell me which company has the best deal on DSL service?

And if you have DSL, are you happy with your service?

I have Bellsouth DSL and LOVE it. I have crappy dial-up here and NO cable internet so with me, DSL is the best way to go. I pay about $45 a month.

I have SBC Yahoo. I pay $29.99 a month. They send you the DSL Modem, and the instructions. You dont have to pay for it. I think its pretty cheap compared to what I have been reading. I have had it for 2 months, and I just love it. Call your phone company. I'm sure they will be glad to send you the equipment free of charge like they did for me. I would never go back to dial up EVER!!!!!!

Thanks for the info guys ... Looks like the SBC Yahoo might be the way to go ...

I'm currently paying $44/mo for Roadrunner, and don't think it's all that much faster than dial-up!

I have RoadRunner and it is super fast. A page downloads in probably 1 second or less. Maybe your connection isn't right or something?

BTW, that SBC Yahoo sounds good though for the price. I might check into that myself!
