Need to locate a sample "Motion of Discovery" form.
I got a speeding ticket, that I do not believe I deserve. I do not want to hire a lawyer (can't ask mine he happens to be the judge-conflict of interest). So I was going to try it on my own I know I need to file a motion of discovery to obtain the records associated with the case. But am not sure what all information it must contain. I searched the internet with little luck. Most of the free legal form sites don't have criminal law items. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

Re: Need to locate a sample "Motion of Discovery" form.
Have you asked your County Clerk's office if they have a blank one? I just recently finished up with a lawsuit and filed about 4 motions. I was given the blank ones. You are right. the internet was useless because you have to pay for all the forms. I also bet you, if you called an attorney and told them you need a blank one, they would give you one. I was also given a Motion to Dismiss from an attorney. It surely doesn't hurt to ask.
