(1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a dinner for (10) persons prepared by Chef Fabio Viviani in the winner's home. Grand Prize consists of: A visit by Chef Fabio Viviani to Grand Prize winner's home or a venue selected by the Sponsor, Chef's preparation of food for Grand Prize winner and up to (9) guests, food and non-alcoholic beverages for the Dinner, table décor selected by the Sponsor, and a selection of Food & Wine promotional items chosen by the Sponsor. Table decor consists of tablecloth(s), serving platters and utensils. Alcoholic beverages are not included in prize. Selection, quantity and value of food, non-alcoholic beverages, and table décor are at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
