Prize: (1 winner) $5,000 in cash, one "High Heat Culinary Tools Package" consisting of the following: one wok, one sauté pan, one spatula and seven cans of Pam Professional cooking sprays (Pam Professional, Pam Original, Pam Baking, Pam Olive Oil, Pam Butter, Pam Grilling, and Pam Organics); and one trip to the location of a Food Network Challenge to be determined by Sponsors for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest consisting of the following: round trip coach class air transportation for two people between the major U.S. commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and the Trip Location; ground transportation between the airport and hotel; Hotel accommodations for 3-days/2-nights (one standard double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); and two tickets for a Food Network Challenge event at the Trip Location. Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $9,767.78.

If the Grand Prize Winner is unable to fulfill the Grand Prize during time period, the Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize and an alternate winner will be selected. All travel dates will be determined by the Sweepstakes Entities, and once made, may not be altered except by Sponsors. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel the same itinerary and on the dates and/or times specified by the Sweepstakes Entities or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Some restrictions may apply. The Hotel accommodations do not include other meals that are not described above, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip. All other expenses not specifically identified as included in the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Travel companion of potential Grand Prize Winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, unless accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian, and must each sign a Liability and Publicity Release.
