During the Submission Phase, you may proceed to the Contest entry page where you will be required to watch a short video explaining the “Do’s and Don’ts” for the Promotion, then you will be provided directions to upload one (1) video that features a compelling demonstration of any NERF product(s), hereafter referred to as your submission (“Submission”). By uploading your Submission, you represent and agree that: a) your Submission conforms to the Video Guidelines and Content Restrictions
Instant Win Game: During the Promotion Period, follow the links and instructions to watch a short NERF video posted in the gallery, rate or vote on a video, then advance to play the Instant Win Game. Persons who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 1 will be eligible to play the Instant Win Game for a chance to win a prize.

Limit: Each entrant may receive one (1) Instant Win Game play per day during the Promotion Period

Initial Judging Phase/Verification: After the conclusion of the Submission Phase, a panel of qualified judges selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion will review and judge each entrant’s Submission based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):
Creativity (33%)
Compelling Demonstration of NERF product(s) (34%)
Level of Energy of NERF Play depicted (33%)

The four (4) entrants whose Submissions receive the highest score based upon the Judging Criteria above, will each be a finalist

Limit: Each person may vote one (1) time per day during the Voting Phase

Prizes:
a. Contest: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $10,000 awarded in the form of a check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000. If winner has not reached the age of majority in winner’s place of residence check will be made payable to winner’s parent or guardian. FOUR (4) FINALIST PRIZES: A NERF Elite Hailfire, a NERF Elite Rampage and a NERF Elite Retaliator. ARV: $99.97.

b. Instant Win Game: ONE HUNDRED THREE (103) FIRST PRIZES: NERF Swarmfire products (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $29.99.

FIFTY-NINE (59) SECOND PRIZES: NERF Nitron products (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $22.00. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of prizes available divided by the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.
