Thread: Ellen's "Summer Days of Giveaways" Sweeps (9/7/12) - Weekdays

From what I've been able to read online, the segment to which the question referred never appeared in any TV market anywhere in the country, Furthermore, someone on another forum viewed a recording of the episode on the date it originally aired, and wrote that the segment didn't appear then, either. So, it looks like only the members of that day's audience really know the answer to the question, and those are the only people I'd trust at this point to provide the correct answer.

I think that they probably cut out the gift giving part of the segment due to time constraints when they did the final edit of the show, and whoever posted the question didn't see what finally made it to air.

The last time they made a mistake like this, they agreed to accept any answer as the correct one. Let's hope that if they admit they made an error yesterday, they'll extend the same courtesy to everyone who entered.
