Grand Prize: (3 winners) A trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to five friends to travel to one of four destinations as set forth below (exact travel dates and accommodations to be determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Each Grand Prize Winner shall select one (1) of the following Trip options:
*Good Times in the Big City– 4-days/3-nights in New York City, New York, including up to six tickets to a Broadway show (to be determined by Sponsor).
*Atop the Snowy Mountain – 4-days/3-nights in the mountains of Aspen, Colorado.
*Fun in The Sun – 4-days/3-nights in Miami, Florida.
*Golf Weekend Getaway – 4-days/3-nights in Scottsdale, Arizona, including a free round of golf for up to 6 people (exact golf venue to be determined by Sponsor).
Each Trip includes: round-trip, coach-class air transportation for up to six persons from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to Grand Prize Winner’s selected destination; and hotel accommodations for six persons (three standard rooms, double occupancy). The actual value of the Motorola Cliq Grand Prize may vary depending on the Trip point of departure, dates of travel and Trip elements. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. All travel must be completed on or before 11/10/10 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner and each Guest is responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport and/or any required identification or other travel documents to enable travel to and from selected destination. If Grand Prize Winner is at least eighteen (18) but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian must fulfill all requirements imposed on Grand Prize Winner set forth herein and accompany him/her on Trip as one of the Grand Prize Winner’s Guests. Grand Prize Winner and Guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary. Exact travel dates are subject to approval by Sponsor. Air transportation may require connecting flights. Sponsor reserves the right to require all travelers to fly on certain days of the week, and/or at certain times of the day or night, and/or on certain airline carriers. Hotel rooms will be at Sponsor’s choice of hotel. Trip is subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. All costs or expenses not expressly included herein in connection with acceptance and use of the Grand Prize (including, without limitation, food and beverages, luggage fees, gratuities, souvenirs, ground transportation, and other incidental costs), and all federal, state, and local taxes, will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winners. Each of Grand Prize Winner’s Guests must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian (who must also be one of the Guests). Guests (or their parents or legal guardians, if a Guest is a minor) will be required to execute Release of Liability and Publicity and Background Check Application prior to issuance of travel documents. Flight details are subject to space availability, and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. The Trip may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Any identification and travel document requirements associated with air transportation are the Grand Prize Winner’s and each of Guests’ sole responsibility. Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost or mutilated travel documents or tickets, and none will be replaced. Certain additional travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. In the event that a particular event (as described in a Trip option above) is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason, Sponsor’s sole responsibility will be to award the remaining available portion of the Grand Prize, and no substitution or compensation will be provided for any portion of the Grand Prize not awarded. All tickets, including airline, sporting, and event tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner and Guests agree to comply with all applicable venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the Grand Prize. If, for any reason,Sponsor is unable to provide tickets to a Trip event, no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in Grand Prize value; however, remainder of Grand Prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to Grand Prize Winner. The ARV of each T-Mobile Grand Prize is Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00 US).
