. PROMOTION PERIOD. This Promotion consists of sixty-one (61) daily instant win giveaways. Promotion begins 12:01 am PST September 8, 2009 and ends 11:59 PM PST November 7, 2009 (“Promotion Period”). Users must enter by 11:59 PM PST to be eligible for that day’s prize.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. One (1) random, computer-generated winner will be generated each day during the Promotion Period. The first person to enter the sweepstakes at or after one of the randomly generated times will be declared a potential instant winner for that day. Potential Instant Winners will be notified immediately by being directed to winner notification page and will also be notified by email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize and the prize will not be awarded for that day. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, including without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, such individual will be declared the “winner” of the Promotion. All potential instant winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.
