PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner and two (2) First Prize winners that will be selected from all Sweepstakes entrants. For those on-line participants, the following instant win awards are available: ten (10) Second Prize winners, twenty (20) Third Prize winners, fifty (50) Fourth Prize winners, and one hundred (100) Fifth Prize winners. The Grand Prize winner will receive the Ultimate Home Entertainment System. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Entertainment System is $10,000.
