2009 MLB ALL-STAR GAME PRIZE: (1) MLB All-Star Game Prize will be awarded consisting of a trip for (2) to the 2009 MLB All-Star Game exhibition currently scheduled to be held on July 14, 2009 at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, MO (the MLB All-Star Game Prize). MLB All Star Game Prize includes: (2) tickets to the 2009 MLB All-Star Game exhibition (seat location(s) at the game shall be determined by the Sponsor), (2) tickets to the 2009 State Farm Home Run Derby (seat location(s) at the game shall be determined by the Sponsor), round-trip air transportation from an airport near winner's home within the U.S. (airport and carrier selected by Sponsor), one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights, and $250 spending money.

2010 MLB ALL-STAR GAME PRIZE: One (1) MLB All-Star Game Prize will be awarded consisting of a trip for (2) to the 2010 MLB All-Star Game exhibition currently scheduled to be held on July 13, 2010 at a location to be determined at MLB's sole discretion (the MLB All-Star Game Prize). MLB All Star Game Prize includes: (2) tickets to the 2010 MLB All-Star Game exhibition (seat location(s) at the game shall be determined by the Sponsor), (2) tickets to the 2010 State Farm Home Run Derby (seat location(s) at the game shall be determined by the Sponsor), round-trip air transportation from an airport near winner's home within the U.S. (airport and carrier selected by Sponsor), (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for (3) nights, and $250 spending money.

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN, YOU MUST BE OF LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH YOU RESIDE (AND AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE) AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE U.S. RESIDING IN ONE OF THE (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.

PRIZE DRAWING: There will be (2) prize drawings. The potential prize winner from each drawing will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. To be eligible for the first drawing for a trip to the 2009 MLB All-Star Game, entries must be received by June 12, 2009. All non-winning entries into the first drawing will be automatically entered into the second drawing for a trip to the 2010 MLB All-Star Game Game. To be eligible for the second drawing for a trip to the 2010 MLB All-Star Game entries must be received by October 27, 2009. Each drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received as of the applicable drawing.
