Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of the following: (i) Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) cash (awarded as a check) which Grand Prize Winner may use to undertake a kitchen makeover; (ii) one (1) package of Calphalon kitchenware (includes pots, pans, bakeware, cutlery and utensils) (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000.00); (iii) two (2) Giada De Laurentiis cookbooks (ARV: $32.50 each); and (iv) a trip to New York City for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest which includes the following: (a) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) people between the major U.S. commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence and New York City; ( ground transportation between the airport and hotel (the "Hotel"); © first class Hotel accommodations in one (1) double occupancy room for three (3) days/two (2) nights (room rate and tax only); and (d) select restaurant meals (ARV: of the trip to NYC: $8,000.00). (The total ARV of the Grand Prize: $63,065.00). The Grand Prize Winner is advised to obtain the services of a qualified and licensed architect and/or contractor to implement any modifications to Grand Prize Winner's kitchen. Sweepstakes Entities will not be responsible for any architectural design, construction, or other related services required to accomplish the room makeover and will not be a party to any contracts relating to such services. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for any design or construction defects, any merchandise or product defects, or any zoning or building code violations arising as a result of the kitchen modifications. If Grand Prize Winner resides within a 100 mile radius of New York City, ground transportation may be provided in lieu air transportation and no compensation will be provided for difference in prize value. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically identified as included in the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, including, but not limited to, additional meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together the same itinerary and on the dates and/or times specified by Main Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and, at Main Sponsor's discretion, awarded to an alternate winner and Sponsor will have no further obligation to previous Grand Prize Winner. All travel arrangements must be made through Main Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Main Sponsor's choice. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. All prize elements will be awarded directly to the Grand Prize Winner. No payments will be made to third parties. Some travel restrictions may apply. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for prize allowed except at Main Sponsor's sole discretion. Main Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Main Sponsor. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms. All prize details are at Main Sponsor's sole discretion.
