PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from both entry methods combined on or about 7/6/07, by Promotion Activators, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions shall be final on all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. The first ten thousand (10,000) consumers, who register for the sweepstakes, whether by mail or online will be shipped a copy of Zagat's Guide to Irish Pubs (ARV $2.55) within 4-6 weeks of end of Promotion Period. Limit one (1) Zagat's Guide prize per person/household/e-mail address.
3. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: 7-day/6-night trip for two (winner and guest) to Ireland. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest winner's residence to Dublin, Ireland, 6 nights' standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy), 7 days' rental car (standard size, pick-up and return at Dublin airport for eligible drive's only or this portion of prize is forfeited with no additional compensation being paid in exchange therefore), and $3,000 spending money for winner. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: up to $10,500. Actual value may depend upon winner's point of travel origin and airfare fluctuations. Selection of airline, hotel and rental car is at Sponsor's sole discretion. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of winner and guest. All travel must be completed by May 31, 2008 or prize is forfeited.
