2. HERE'S HOW TO REGISTER: Use the MISTologist’s Virtual Bar to create and submit a recipe featuring Canadian Mist between November 17, 2006 and December 31, 2007 (or until all prizes have been awarded). If the ingredients, amounts , garnish, glassware and mixing method are an exact match of a secret recipe pre-programmed into the site, you could win a prize. The pre-programmed secret recipe will change every time there is a winner. All entries become the property of Brown-Forman Beverages.
3. ELIGIBILITY. Employees of Brown-Forman Beverages, their affiliates, liquor wholesale licensees, retailers, as well as the advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible. Promotion void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Limit one prize per entrant per day.
4. PRIZE. The winner receives his/her choice of the following prizes: Canadian Mist XL White T-shirt, Canadian Mist Navy Blue Visor, Canadian Mist Playing Cards, and a Canadian Mist water bottle. Estimated retail value of each prize is $4.25. All federal, state and local laws apply.
5. ODDS: Odds of winning depend upon the number possible recipes that can be generated from the site, the number of pre-programmed secret recipes included in the site, and the number of eligible entries submitted. Approximately 60 secret recipes have been pre-programmed into the site.
6. CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASE: Winners will be notified immediately upon recipe creation and submission of information form. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) agrees to release Brown-Forman Beverages/Canadian Mist, their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any and all liability claims, actions or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or in connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman, for promotional purposes in connection with this promotion, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation (except where prohibited).
7. WINNERS LIST: At the end of the promotion, a winners list will be posted online for a period of 60 days.
