Sweepstakes prizes: TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES (ONE (1) PER GRAND PRIZE ENTRY PERIOD): Grand Prize Drawing 1 Prize: Trip for two (2) to one of the 2007 NBA Finals. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to airport nearest host city of 2007 NBA Finals; three (3) days and two (2) nights stay at a hotel that Sponsor will select in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); and two (2) tickets to one (1) NBA Finals Game to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,000. Grand Prize Drawing 2 Prize: Trip for two (2) to an adidas Sporting Event. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to airport nearest host city of adidas Sporting Event; three (3) days and two (2) nights stay at a hotel that Sponsor will select in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); and two (2) tickets to one (1) adidas Sporting Event that Sponsor will select in its sole discretion. ARV: $3,000. TWELVE (12) FIRST PRIZES (ONE (1) PER MONTHLY ENTRY PERIOD): Autographed adidas apparel or accessory to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $80. Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes prize per person.

For all trips: Each Sweepstakes winner must commence trip on a specific date determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Trip must be booked at least ten (10) days prior to travel. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Airline and flight itinerary determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for airlines cancellations or delays. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, meals, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in their state of residence, the travel companion must be the winner's parent or legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases (except where prohibited) prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining proper documents required for travel, including but not limited to passports. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor not responsible if 2007 NBA Finals or adidas Sporting Event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
