Sweepstakes prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize consists of the following: an all-new 2007 Jeep® Patriot; two (2) snowboards; two (2) sets of snowboard bindings; two (2) pairs of snowboard boots; two (2) pairs of skis; two (2) pairs of ski poles; two (2) pairs of ski bindings; two (2) pairs of ski boots and one (1) snowmobile. Sponsor will determine all features of the automobile and snowmobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with automobile and snowmobile. Winner must take delivery of vehicle from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Winner must take delivery of snowmobile from the dealership designated by Sponsor. If winner is not of legal driving age in his/her state of residence, Grand Prize will be awarded to winner’s parent/legal guardian. Sponsor will also determine all features including brand, size, and model of ski/snowboard equipment in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $25,760. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

ONE HUNDRED (100) THIRD PRIZES: Burton® Beanie Hats w/Built-in Audio. ARV: $40.00. ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED ONE (1,701) FOURTH PRIZES: Coupons redeemable for one (1) 17 oz. bag of Totino’s Mega Rolls. ARV: $4.43. The ARV of electronic prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed.
