One (1) Grand Prize of a replica version of Richard Petty's 1984 Pontiac Grand Prix to be awarded at a 2007 NASCAR race venue. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $40,000. The Grand Prize includes round-trip coach or economy class air travel for winner and winner's designated guest from a major airport near winner's residence in the U.S. (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major airport near the race venue where the vehicle will be awarded (venue determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), $150 in expense money, a single room (double occupancy) hotel accommodations for 3 nights, and reserved grandstand tickets to the designated race. The street-legal replica version of Richard Petty's 1984 Pontiac Grand Prix is a used 1984 Grand Prix modified with decals and a paint scheme similar to Richard Petty's 1984 Pontiac Grand Prix. It will also include racecar-styled enhancements such as, but not limited to, a rear spoiler, NASCAR style Goodyear brand tires, internal roll bar, lo-restriction dual exhaust, racing bucket seats and harness, other body enhancements and other custom features. The Grand Prize is a used vehicle and will have approximately 55,000 - 60,000 miles on it. Actual mileage will depend upon whether the vehicle is used for promotional appearances leading-up to the presentation at the Grand Prize event. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at the time of delivery. All meals, gratuities, taxes, title, license, registration, auto insurance, fees and other expenses associated with the acceptance and use of all prize components and not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor and Companies make no representation as to: the condition of the Grand Prize vehicle, claims as to projected mileage at time of delivery, or fitness or suitability of vehicle for any purpose. Sponsor and Companies make no representation as to manufacturer's warranty, and specifically disclaim any liability or warranty for the vehicle. Winner must take delivery of the car at the specified racetrack on the specified date or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner is responsible for transporting the car from the race track to winner's residence. Actual value of the Grand Prize package may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between winner's residence location and destination. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary and must be available for travel at times scheduled by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Grandstand location of tickets is at option of Sponsor. If the race portion of the prize is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, Sponsor will not be responsible for awarding that portion of the prize, but the remainder of the prize package will be awarded. The winner will be required to furnish their social security number for IRS Form 1099 reporting. No prize transfers allowed. No prize substitution or cash redemption will be allowed except by Sponsor who reserves right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value in the event of prize unavailability, or if deemed necessary in Sponsor's sole discretion. If winner is unreachable for notification, if winner chooses not to accept prize or if winner is ineligible to accept the prize for any reason, another winner will be selected.
