Dogs that run around the neighborhood digging in garbage, or my neighbors dog using my yard for a potty ground ( grrr)

When my kid doesn't listen to me but will listen to monii. LOL
Boy am I glad you are my friend , I would have to go search for my DD in her room. LOL
