It's packaged in a wonderfully sturdy box so if you keep the box in a cool dark place it could last 3-4 years. The key with evoo (hate saying that lol) is to keep it in the dark. Fill the cute decanter and then put the opened bottle in the fridge. You can keep the decanter out for easy use.

You must not buy olive oil. For that size bottle I pay 10.99 at my store and thats a good price and this is for 6 of them.
