Tracfone Code - Big Big Forums

I don't know how I did this, but thought I'd pass it along! It's quite a bargin if you have a TRACFONE!

I bought a 60 minute card to add time to my DH's Tracfone at Target. I have double minutes for life, so I knew I would get another 60 minutes added to it (and hey, funds are really really really tight, so this $19.99 investment was worth it as we use this phone for our lawn business... and I can't put major time onto it until next week's paycheck).

Did a search for current Tracfone codes on Google. Found a site, and used 14938.

I just about flipped when it told me I now had 210 minutes added to my phone!

60 minutes + 150 bonus minutes! Now, 60 of those 150 are from my double for life program, so that meant that Promo Code #14938 gave me another 90 minutes! Whoo Hoo!

I'm not sure how much longer this code is suppose to work (it was suppose to end in March), but it appears to be good, and WOW!

I just bought my son minutes using this code. I bought the 120 card, for 29.99. He has the double minutes for life phone, and it gave him 300 minutes total. Not bad.

I used it also and got 90 minutes. I am off to West Virginia for Spring Break and the extra minutes will let me talk to more of the people I used to live by....Thank You

How does a Trac Phone work, does it only charge for the min you use or just to turn it on for stand by?

Title says it all. You are only charged for the minutes you use. They don't expire.

Ok, hubby is burning up the minutes on the business, which is a good thing, right?!

Anyway, bought a 200 minute card at the BX for $39.99 (with no tax!) to add time to my DH's Tracfone. Again, I have double minutes for life, so I knew I would get another 200 minutes added to it.

Again, I just about flipped when it told me I now had 480 minutes added to my phone!

200 minutes + 280 bonus minutes! Now, 200 of those 280 are from my double for life program, so that meant that Promo Code #14938 gave me another 80 minutes! Whoo Hoo!

I'm not sure how much longer this code is suppose to work (it was suppose to end in April), but it appears to be good, and WOW!

The minutes don't expire but there is a time of service you have to use the phone. If you don't add minutes within a certain time period, the phone no longer will work. But you keep the minutes when you add more.

I buy service for 1 year at a time and it seems easier that way. I have double minutes and last time I re-upped my service I got almost 1000 minutes with double minutes and codes I was able to use. I have been using my husbands phone to vote on American Idol as he has lots of minutes and doesn't use them. I have been able to continually vote and no minutes have been taken off his phone. Does it only take certain parts of minutes off and the calls go thru so fast that they don't register? Anyone else had this kind-of experience as I voted a lot as I'm a big big Adam Lambert fan.
