I bought a set at Biglot a while ago and I like it for the exfoilation effect and the hair grows back light colored not dark lke shaving -it does take a long time to use though. My set was a basic set for $5-$7 (cannot remember) only has two large discs, no DVD, no pouch, no moisturiser. Discs can be rinsed and reused, my Biglot still has refill discs available.

It is leg sanding - theoretically eventually the hair is not supposed to grow back. I do not use mine all the time due to time.
