Bare minerals seems expensive, but you use a tiny (and I mean tiny) bit, that their full size foundation will last you over 2 years. Plus, with this you are getting a very nice full sized brush, so believe me, it is worth it. Plus, it covers every blemish you have, and lasts forever. After all, it is just crushed rock. And one of the good things is that in the summer it is not running all over you face like liquid makeup does. Once you get used to this stuff you will never go back. When you first start using, you will be heavy handed with it, you wont believe how little you need.

Don't know about the bare minerals but they are running several other specials (instore). If you buy body smoothies (2for 20) you can get a free watch or travel baG!

I finally went ahead and ordered myself a full kit from ebay, normally $60 instore (never goes below that and can't use any coupons on it), I got it for $47 shipped. I have heard nothing but rave reviews about it for a long time, and since my crow's feet are sneaking up I figured it was time to try it. I almost went to Ulta and got in on this deal, but I figured I had better do the whole kit with an instructional dvd since it has been over a decade since I have worn makeup.
Has anyone tried the eye kit? Is it an everyday thing, or more for going out?

it depends on how you wear makeup. If you wear makeup every time you step out of the house, you can definately brush some on. The eye kit I use whenever I am going out, but then again, there are gals that do their eyes everyday, so I am sure that it would be fine for them. You can put it on as heavy as you like, just like ordinary makeup, so if you want to brush on some light color and some mascara to run to the store, it will be fine. Just remember to just a light hand, you can always apply more if you need it.
