if anyone wants you can buy your mintues from trac fon and earn college monye for your kids at 6% or ebates at 5% if I send you a link we both can earn $5 bucks under ebates. And well I'm not sure about upromise. but anyway I found that out friday when I switched to trac fon. So thansk for the codes and PM if you want a link to ebates and earn the 55 bucks and also $5% on all your purchases and similar with upromise

Here is what I just did.
I heard about some people buying their phones from a VA hospital and getting 12 months of extra service when they activated their phone so I thought I would give it a shot.

I had a friend pick up a Moto W376 at the San Francisco VA hospital.
The hospital had the Moto W376 ($29) and the Moto W260 ($19). I went with the 376 as it has DMFL, a camera, is Bluetooth, and more.

I activated it and ended up getting 14 months of service. 2 months for activating (any phone) plus 12 months for buying it at the VA. This works for me as I don't use very many minutes.
This is YMMV.
I know that other people were buying the Moto W175 ($10) and getting the extra 12 months but that phone wasn't available at San Fran.
If you have a VA hosptial close to you you might want to check this out.
