I recieved the email also and went to order some and they went from 5/$10 to 3/$9 while I was pickin them out!

Oops! It is now showing up the same as you were seeing it. If you click on the link I posted and then click on the top left logo to get to the main page, you will see where the 1 day only special of 5 for $10 is, and that link will take you to the correct area.
