I noticed it says "good while supply lasts". Hope it isn't like that other offer when we bought 2 items at Target to get a gift card and they "ran out", and I don't think anyone got theirs. This time I'm keeping a copy of my receipt and if I don't get the tickets I'm returning the Revlon! Oh dang, just read the list and my state isn't listed!

They don't say much about the address to send to and what is required to be send like UPCs, receipts, etc. Is there any other links or is this from magazine?
