I do not have rayovac charger. my charger is kodak, it works fine so far.

It shouldn't matter what brand your charger is. We have a rayovac charger, but use duracell and energizer recharagables with no problems.

I read the reveiws on these and found a few bad ones about leakage. If you get defective ones, you pay to ship back. But the $ is great ... I am still debating.
