There aren't many options here besides dial-up. I do have a cable modem through charter but the price and service sucks. There's only 1 other company in the area for cable modem and I heard they're way worse so I stick to Charter. =/

For $5.75 you get 56k connect, but only 200 hours per month. You can go with ISDN for $8.75 and 200 minutes.
