I didnt realize they had mens shoes too. BF is picky so I will let him go buy shoes himself. I got me a pair and it took like 10 mins. It wasnt at all busy tonight. This is a GREAT deal

I was also charged twice. I checked this morning and one has gone through and the other is still 'pending'. This means it is being held and I can't use it. Hopefully it will clear up tonite.

Here's hope....Only one of the charges posted to my account today. The other one disappeared into thin air...WITHOUT me calling or writing.

Maybe they are noe catching it and correcting on their own?

Went to the site to check on the status of the giveaway--it's now closed. Reebok has finally given away their million dollars worth of shoes (I thought it would have happened much sooner!)

I hope everyone who was double charged can get it taken care of quickly. I'm sure they are working on the glitch. Was it a certain card it was happening to? My debit card wasn't even charged till the 3rd (I was getting worried my transaction wasn't going through!), and it was thankfully only charged once.

Anyway, good luck to all who ordered on receiving their correct size!

Have a question... My order did go through, I have a confirmation page that I printed out, but, I have never recieved an email confirmation, did anyone ?

Got a call from an extremely nice woman from the AHA today. She told me that the other $25 charge should be just an authorization and not an actual charge. But she did tell me that if the other charge does post to my account, to call her and she will take care of it right away.

She told me that the problem seems to be mainly with debit cards (which is what I used).

She also thanked me for my donation and told me that I should be receiving the shoes in about 6 weeks.

I never got an email either. But, I did notice that there were 2 $25.00 transactions pending on my account. I called yesterday and spoke with a very nice gentleman and he took my information down. Today I received a followup call from a nice lady letting me know that one of the transactions is the actual donation and the other is just for verification purposes. It should fall off my account in a few days.

Just wanted to ease your mind if you are experiencing the same 'double' transcation.
