It is still slow going - but not that bad. I just got my pair of Ladies Reeboks and the entire process took about 20 minutes from start to finish. Let's just hope the right size makes it to my house. Anybody have information on expected delivery? I didn't receive my confirmation email yet and have to leave the house shortly.

I think that Nike shoes are narrower than Reebok shoes. That's just my opinion, Bonnie B.
Reebok shoes are wider, for me at least they seem that way.

Has anyone been charged twice for these shoes? There are two holds on my account for $25 each, one is dated 4/30 and the other is dated 5/1.

I wonder if this is just a hold or if they are going to charge twice.

If we are charged twice, is there a phone number to call regarding this?

I check my CC and there are 2 ACTUAL charges (not holds or authorizations) to my acct...if I get 2 pairs of sneaks, then that's cool...if I don't, then I'll call 'em to have 1 of the charges removed...I think with all the trouble it took to get the orders to submit, this is why we've been charged multiple times...I'm sure we are not alone and Reebok/AHA are aware of the problem and will be more than willing to remedy the issue.

The problem is ...I do not want two pairs of shoes, I only ordered one. I did not have any trouble getting my page to submit, I ordered late in the day when the site was much less busy.

Does anyone have a phone number to call about this? I can not afford two $25 charges to my account.

Big Problem!

I called the AHA (1-800-242-8721) to tell them about the two charges on my account and they told me to call Reebok (1-800-843-4444).

When I called Reebok, they told me that they ARE NOT handling any of the transactions and to call the AHA back.

I called back to the AHA back and spoke with Nick. He took down all my info including my confirmation # and said that they are going to work on it.

I have a feeling that i am going to have to turn the additional charge into my bank as an unauthorized transaction.

Just thought I would give you a heads up...this may not turn out to be such a deal after all.

I just spoke to a woman from the AHA because I was also double billed and according to her it sounds like this started out to be a mess from the beginning. She said Reebock was supposed to give them the money and handle it on their web site but I guess when the site got over loaded they shut down their number and transferred their site into the AHA site so now the AHA has to deal with any problems. The double billing seems to be a glitch and they are currently working on it. They took all my info and told me that someone would get back to me in 24 hrs and explain what they will do about it. I would suggest if you can to give them a little time to work out the bug and set up the reverse charges. I dont think the AHA is going to intentionally screw anybody

I did not mean that I thought that the AHA was trying to screw anyone, but if they can not resolve the matter (in a reasonable amount of time) then I would have to deal with this problem with my bank. The reason I did not get two pairs of shoes, is because I can not afford two pairs of shoes. I did not get these shoes for myself anyways, I got them for my sister. When I called AHA, no one told me that anyone would be calling me...the guy just said they would work on it.
If they can straighten it out and credit our accounts than that is great, but if they can not then that is why you file a report with your bank. I authorized one charge of $25, not two (the second charge is unauthorized).
