I agree. The past few times, I NEVER got an email from them, I just saw it posted online. I even wrote to them and complained about it....but it did no good.

Yes, I did get one of these about 2 yrs ago. I think it had to do with their Ziplock bags. It was really no big deal, and hardly worth waiting for.
