That wasn't there this morning when I filled it out.
It's listed under their ''promotions'' link, and the rules say......

I received mine today! Had some great samples in it 
Oh and I live in GA!
It had a $2.00 Schnuck's gift card included that I will be forwarding to a friend in MO!

Recieved mine yesterday, too. I don't live in the St. Louis area, but there is a Schnuck's about 40 miles from here in Columbia, MO. Definately nice samples.
