I had to go to the main site "www.myvitabath.com" and on the left side of the page I clicked on "bath and shower gelee" and it brought up a form to fill out to join their list. After submitting my info., it said they had received my info. and would be sending me the sample. Thanks!

I've gotten this twice in the past year. The packets are really nice too, fragrance isn't overpowering either.
