you go to the upper right hand corner and click on "contact" and give your info to get the password to access the Virtual Makeover, where you put in all your info, and you can either save or print out all the results. It gave me skincare, makeup, and clothing and accessories colors, I took the print out shopping w/me and used some of the discounts, etc that i'd printed and saved from the freebie forum or gotten in emails to print out, etc. Plus I used my Ebates for some online stuff too....a good way to really save if you have time to plan it out........anywho lol.......the colors and stuff are great at any rate, I had never had mine done....good luck!
