Please note: Your Free Sample will be sent by First Class mail. No free samples will be sent to associates of HealthWave (the manufacturer of Aroma Patch). Only one request per household. We can not ship if your request form has missing or inaccurate information. We will NOT send out a free sample to requestors who do not provide either a valid e-mail address and/or phone number to confirm receipt of your free sample. You must permit us to call you if you select "Prime One Free Sample". If you do not provide us with either an accurate e-mail address or phone number, we will NOT send you a sample. We do not ship to minors (under age 18). We reserve the right to refuse any request, and we reserve the right to cancel this offer at any time, without notice. We can not send a free sample to every one who requests one.

The response to our free offer has been ENORMOUS. We are receiving about 1,000 requests per day and are processing requests as quickly as possible. As of August 1, 2005 shipment time for free samples is approximately 90 days.
