Wrenches can be donated can be made by dads or they can be found at garage sales and thrift stores fairly inexpensively." --Laura C., Benicia, CA
Fish T-Shirts: "Spread fabric paint on real fish from the fish market and gently press them on men's T-shirts."
--Anonymous, Hanover Park, IL ( I WONDER why this one is Anonymous? I think I'll use a cookie cutter....)
First Aid Kit : "Cover and decorate a small Pringles can. Write this poem on the cover: 'For your bike, your boat or your car, So you will be my hero where ever you are!' Fill the can with first aid supplies." --Lynda F., White Lake, MI
Nutty Picture Frame : "Glue craft sticks together to make a frame. Paint it silver. Let dry. Write the words,"I'm nuts" on the top part of frame and "About You" on the bottom. Glue on silver nuts and bolts around the rest of the frame."
--Leesa, Sacto, CA
Key Chain : "Cut off the curved sides of a cleaned Styrofoam meat tray. Using permanent markers, print a Father's Day message and decorate the rest of the tray. On the back, print Father's Day and the year. Make a hole in the top left corner using a bamboo skewer. Place the tray on a foil lined cookie tray in a 250 degree oven for about 35 seconds. Watch them closely as the tend to curl up and stick to themselves. This part can be toxic so do it a well ventilated space. The trays will shrink and the writing will remain in tact and the tray will turn rock hard. In the hole thread a metal key ring." --Laura, Toronto, Ontario Canada
