I have two recipes for this which I will find and post. This is the tea that I put in baby food jars and cover the lids with squares of fabric tied with raffia.

These sell quite well at my holiday boutique!

I have also heard it referred to as "Russian Tea"! It does use Nestea, tang, sugar, cinnamon.

Citrus Spice Tea Mix
by Wen Zientek-Sico

Makes 1 container of mix that will make 25 servings.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups powdered orange drink mix
2/3 cup sweetened lemon-flavored instant tea mix
1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
3/4 teaspoon grated orange rind

Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour into an airtight canister and seal tightly. Write the instructions below on a card and attach with some lemon- and orange-colored ribbon and fake oranges and lemons if desired.

To make Citrus Spice Tea: Place 1 heaping tablespoon Citrus Spice Tea Mix in a cup or mug. Add 1 cup boiling water and mix well.

Is this close ?

yep - that's the recipe I have - except that I omit the orange rind and allspice.
