Sponsor will select one Editor's Choice Prize winner from among all eligible Entries by applying the following judging criteria: 60 % for creativity and originality and 40% for ease of duplication (collectively, "Criteria"). Registered users of the Website in compliance with the Website's terms of use agreement ("TOU") ("Members") will select one Voter's Choice Prize winner by voting on all eligible Entries during the Entry Period.
