I'm not sure what kind of patterns you're looking for. Here's what I could find:

http://www.bevscountrycottage.com/barbie.html

This was years ago but this is how my mother and I would make my Barbie Clothes....make our own patterns:

http://kiwifashiondollpatterns.co.nz..._patterns.html

http://www.suestinycostumes.com/prod...-patterns.html

http://www.myrecycledbags.com/2007/0...cassette-tape/

The second site is probably going to be the easiest. My mother and I could turn out an entire "fashion show" in about 2 hours....Barbie looked so beautiful.

I forgot to ad that if you have a young girl helping you it's very easy. My mother would let me do the sewing by hand. It was a fun activity........I learned how to hem very well at a young age.

BTW: Doing it by hand (sewing) doesn't take long at all. The longest/hardest was cutting out the patterns.

Good luck and have fun.
