wine tags

I am looking for a site that would have printable wine tags. you know the tags that go around the stem and a person could write their name so the wine glasses don't get mixed up.

Thank you bkleindl

Thank you bkleindl
found these
http://www.theartfulcrafter.com/pattern-one.html

hth

added thought - if you do not like the pattern - print one cut it out and then trace it on to scrapbook paper of your choice - easier buy two punches of same size circles

update 2 some printable wine glass charms here on pg 12- these tie on with ribbon

however these look fairly intricate to cut out - I would just find simple shapes heart, triangle etc or use ready made punch shapes and punch a hole for the ribbon
