16" Sheer Bouquet ribbon
1 Ribbon Rose
14" Cord
Wire

Thread the cord through the top holder of the bell. Even up the cord and knot at the top. Trim any excess cord. Use the sheer bouquet ribbon to make a collar bow with tails and wire in the middle. Glue to the top of the bell. Glue rose to the centre of the bow.
