I like to redo furniture. I already did a bookshelf and a tresure chest that used to by hubbys for our daughter. The two dressers are next. And I can paint abstract/geometric paintings on canvas. I am currently planning out the one to hang above the fireplace!

I also crosstitch, make candles and make soap.

Yes- I am dork.

i used to be an avid knitter, crocheter, and sewer but when i lost the use of my right hand/wrist i lost those crafts.

i still do plastic canvas, fabric painting and faster plaster.

i must have about 3 gigs worth of plastic canvas patterns between my hard drive and cds i burnt.

Oh this is right up my alley!! I love working with my hands!! Um...I mean making stuff...sheez! My two favs are cross stitch and plastic canvas thingys. I just finished making The Policeman's Prayer sampler for a NYC friend of mine. I think he'll need it working there. Thanks for this post...gonna have fun!!!

well i am not crafty but i hope to be-lol i can follow directions really good and it seems to turn out even better when i have a pic to follow-lol anyways i am glad this is hear, gives me ideas for my 6 yr old and for my mother who can look at something and turn around and make it with no problems.

I guess some know by now with all the craft sites I post. I'm one of those annoying people who crochet, knit, sew, weave. Paint (oils,watercolor) draw, make jewelry( mostly bead work) basktry, make candles, soap, cosmetics, decorate cakes and I garden. I also do a little wood carving, but that is my husbands area.
