Step by Step
1 CUT A 10" PIECE OF STEM WIRE.
2 THREAD TWELVE POM-POMS THRU WIRE. TWIST ENDS TOGETHER. SPREAD OUT POM-POMS TO COVER WIRE.
3 GLUE SMALL POM-POMS TO WREATH.
4 TIE ON CORD FOR HANGER.
