Free toy patterns on the net thread

with all the toy recalls this year, I am thinking handmade toys will be big this year. If anyone else is interested to keep this thread going, please post all the toy pics and links here so they are all in one spot.

I will start with this adorable free stuffed penquin pattern

Remember to remove all pins from hand made toys. Some people opt to hand baste intead of pins on toys, or to use binder clips or large paper clips, especially when using faux fur or other bulky fabrics where the tiny pins may be easily "lost" in the fabric. Also, stay away from buttons and other small detatchable trims for small children.

to add photos from another site, go to the site, right click on the photo you want to link. In ie At the bottom of the list of options, choose properties. from properties copy the URL. Come back to big big, hit reply to this post. Click on the yellow postcard icon and paste in the url. This will put code at the end (no spaces) you can hit preview post to view pic before posting if needed.

don't forget to go thru the older posts here too for more - many, many toy craft links have been posted on this board.

mini stuffed lamb, chicken, pig

"The toys, which range in height from 5 to 8 inches, are each assembled from a few basic felt pieces and plumped up with batting. "
