I just picked up a Mini Handheld sewing machine called Mini Stitcher by Jolly at a Goodwill. I've put batteries in it and it operates. When I try to use it, I may be putting the thread in wrong, the thread breaks. The thread spool is on loosly, the thread unwinds very easly, I put the thread into the thread tentioner, slides with ease but not to tight, I put the thread through the needle hole, and then I operate it the thread breaks. Am I doing something wrong, am I threading it right, is the needle bent..... I am lost here.

Could someone please help?

P.S. I have tried to google it and I get nothing.

I had one of those handheld sewing things I never could get it to work like they did on tv. But of course, nothing works like it does on tv. Have you tried to go to a fabric store and asking them? If they can sell large sewing machines and tell you how they work surely they could tell you about a handheld one. Good luck.

I think my husband picked one up at WalMart a couple years ago. He couldn't get it to work but I will look at the directions tomorrow and see if I can figure it out. Does yours have directions with it?
