Does anybody know how to make these? I tried searching for directions but couldn't find any. I know I've seen them before. I've seen them made with either rice or cotton batting. Thanks

Yep that's it. I'd just read about them made so many ways and with so many ideas that I was looking for one with actual instructions. Thanks!
