Hot glue

Does hot glue work well on glass? I am wanting to hot glue some shells on the outside of a candle that is in a tall glass . If hot glue will not work, what is good to glue on glass? Thanks!

Re: Hot glue

No. Hot glue will peel off of glass pretty easily. Try Perfect Glue by Liquid Nails. They have three different kinds. #2 seems like it would work best for your project. I bought mine at WalMart.

Re: Hot glue

I use E6000 glue, it is an industrial strength craft adhesive, and works very well on glass. You can find it at Wal Mart or just about any craft store.
