Can you use porpurri liquid as the scent in a candle.. I'm not sure because you don't actual burn the liquid when scenting the house. HELP!!!

Here is what I found...

Scent--This is not required but does add a nice touch to candles. Once again, this can be found in most hobby or craft shops. There are many different varieties of scents you may purchase--such as oil based perfumes, potpourri oils, etc.

Avoid essential oils, which are generally not designed for the intense heating of candle wax. Scented lamp ring oils are an inexpensive way to go.
